New Year's Eve 2008
There were about 45 members and friends at the club on a very cold night.
Simon Pryce put on a good meal of chilli and jacket potatoes which, as usual went down very well. As the room warmed up so did the tempo.
Good music got a few dancing around the floor, and much merryment ensued. As the clock struck twelve, all joined in for auld lang syne and
danced in a big circle. Resolutions were made with good intentions I'm sure, but how many will be broken before sailing starts in March !!
Gradually the club emptied, all leaving, wondering what 2009 will bring. Hopefully for the club, new members and a good seasons sailing.
Happy New Year to all.
